Customers can manage their active subscriptions directly from the My Account area of your WooCommerce store.
How to Access
Customers log into their account.
Navigate to My Account > Subscriptions.
They’ll see a list of all active and past subscriptions.
Options Available on Subscription List Page
Each subscription row includes:
Subscription ID
Status (Active, Cancelled)
Product Name
Next Payment Date
Total Billing Amount
View Button – opens full subscription details
Options on Individual Subscription Page
When a customer clicks on a subscription, they’ll see the full details and action buttons.

Next Payment Date | When the next renewal will be charged |

Cancel: Ends the subscription after current period
Early Renew: Pay and renew before the due date (if enabled)
Auto Renewal Toggle:
If enabled by admin, customers can turn auto-renew on/off
Useful for letting users manage billing without cancellation
Important Notes
Auto-renewal status is displayed only if your site enables the “Auto Renewal Toggle” from plugin settings.
Canceling a subscription does not issue a refund — it simply prevents future renewals.
Customers can view past invoices and payments through Orders.
