How to Manage Scheduled Deliveries for Subscription Products

Delivery Schedules help track upcoming and completed deliveries linked to active subscriptions.

Fields in Delivery Schedule:

  • Product: The name of the product being delivered.

  • Subscription: Links to the subscription ID.

  • Delivery Status: Update status to “In Process” or “Shipped”.

  • Shipping On: Scheduled date to ship the product.

  • Shipped On: Actual shipping date.

  • Delivery Info: Customer address details.

To update delivery status:

  1. Navigate to WP Subscription > Delivery Schedules.

  2. Use the dropdown under Delivery Status to mark a delivery as “Shipped” once completed.
