How to Manage Scheduled Deliveries for Subscription Products
Delivery Schedules help track upcoming and completed deliveries linked to active subscriptions.
Fields in Delivery Schedule:
Product: The name of the product being delivered.
Subscription: Links to the subscription ID.
Delivery Status: Update status to “In Process” or “Shipped”.
Shipping On: Scheduled date to ship the product.
Shipped On: Actual shipping date.
Delivery Info: Customer address details.
To update delivery status:
Navigate to WP Subscription > Delivery Schedules.
Use the dropdown under Delivery Status to mark a delivery as “Shipped” once completed.
📦 Use this section to monitor recurring deliveries (e.g., digital gift cards).
